Hit and Run.

Tonight was Epic. First Steven gets home from work, gets down on one knee and says something like "4 months ago you said yes, and a month ago we made vows and promises. Will you go see The Vow with me tonight?" YES! Good man right?!? Steven decided he wanted to go out to dinner first, so we went out to the Pasta Factory, and after talking about scrapbooking we had to go to Joann's to get supplies before the movie started. It's rainy btw.

THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN...
We are going North on Main Street and in the roundabout. (HATE ROUNDABOUTS! No one knows how to use them. I bet half of you in agreement too :) ) We are behind a Hyundai car and all of a sudden a  white Pontiac Grand Prix comes from the East on Tabernacle, doesn't even YEILD to the Hyundai, and BAAM! BANG! BOOM! Hits him. We slowed down the roundabout, and the Hyundai pulled over, and the White car turned like it was going to come back around, then came back out on Tabernacle and just sped off like a MANIAC! So we stopped, and got out of the car, the guy was fine. His whole front bumper was pretty much gone though, just hanging by one screw. Come to find out, he just got married a month ago too! And he knows people from my old homeward in Florida! Crazy! Anyway, so we called 911 took them 20 minutes (FOR REAL) to get to the scene which is dumb because they are 2 blocks away from us. They finally got there, and we filled out a witness form, and talked with the cops a little bit.

So this is where it gets good. (By now we are soaking wet, and totally not making it to the movie) We are so glad that we were able to help the guy though. Goes to DSC too, so I'm sure we will see him again. Anyway, we are driving off, and about a block away we see a white car..it's a Pontiac. So we turn around, pull up to the car. Made sure no one was in the car, and looked closely. TOTAL SKID MARKS. No dents or anything though. So Steven got the license plate number, and we drove back to the scene, and told them we were pretty sure that we found the car. The Cops drove over to the car, and I'm positive that we found the car. It had to have been. But here's my question. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND IS DUMB ENOUGH TO PARK ON THE STREET THAT YOU HIT A CAR???? FREAKING IDIOT.  Anyway we will find out soon I hope. Then I will feel like a hero for finding the bad guy!
